« Stand by Me » de Ben E. King repris par Imagine Dragons aux Billboard Music Awards

A l’occasion de la cérémonie des Billboard Music Awards qui a eu lieu le 17 mai 2015 (où Sam Smith et Taylor Swift mais aussi Hozier ont triomphé), les Imagine Dragons ont rendu un très bel hommage à Ben E. King, chanteur disparu (à l’âge de 76 ans) à la fin du mois d’avril dernier. Le groupe de rock américain a effectué une sublime reprise en version acoustique de la chanson la plus célèbre de Benjamin Earl Nelson, Stand By Me (sortie en 1962 et issue de l’album Don’t Play That Song !).
